Biography
Emerging in Northern England at the dawn of the 21st Century, the neo-industrial-black metal project Axis of Perdition originated from the remnants of an earlier group named Minethorn. The enigmatically named collaborators Tetsuo Unit BRJ (a.k.a. Brooke Johnson, vocals, guitars, bass and programming) and Test Subject MGB (a.k.a. Michael Blenkarn, guitars, keyboards and programming) sought to articulate the bleakest post-apocalyptic vision of urban decadence and decay imaginable on their 2003 debut The Ichneumon Method (And Less Welcome Techniques).
