Biography
These Are They formed in Chicago, IL as an old-school death metal band that provides a creative outlet for Novembers Doom’s Paul Kuhr on vocals, Stephen Nicholson on guitar, and Sasha Horn on drums, joined by Wiley Wells, bassist of While Heaven Wept, and Justin Jurgevich, guitarist with Hurtlocker. The quintet came together in 2009 and promptly recorded material for its debut EP Who Manifest and the full-length follow-up Who Linger, both issued by The End Records and promoted via a handful of hometown shows.
