Vexed

Vexed originated in Seattle toward the end of the 1980s when Milton Garrison on guitar and Alfred Butler on bass assembled the band as its founding members. Their style centered on prominent funky bass lines set against a backdrop of noise and rumble. David Lapp played drums on the group’s debut C/Z Records outing, the 1990 EP The Good Fight. For the follow-up release Cathexis, also on C/Z and issued in 1994, Buzz Crocker had taken over on drums.
