Hailing from Bristol, England, electronic musician A Sagittariun produces luminous, celestial tracks that echo prime Detroit techno and U.K. ambient house while drawing foundational elements from dub rhythms and kosmische textures. Works such as the 2016 album Elasticity deliver an optimistic, spiritually focused outlook through supple grooves and lyrical melodies. What began as an anonymous project was later identified as the alias of veteran DJ and producer Nick Harris, who co-established the NRK Sound Division booking agency and label in the 1990s. His third album, Return to Telepathic Heights, emerged in 2019 on Running Back, after which he kept releasing EPs, among them 2022’s Strange Brew.

A Sagittariun first appeared in 2011 with EPs on the self-run Elastic Dreams label, opening with The Circle Stops Somewhere. The debut full-length, Dream Ritual, followed in 2013. More EPs came via Elastic Dreams as well as Hypercolour and Secretsundaze. The second album, Elasticity, arrived in April 2016. Subsequent EPs included Pseudo Science in 2017, Fahrenheit 451 in 2018, and A Fistful of Bitcoins in 2019. That year also brought Return to Telepathic Heights on Running Back. No Drama and Live from the Sea of Tranquility both surfaced in 2020. The first Rekids EP, Mazes & Monoliths, appeared in 2021, succeeded in 2022 by Strange Brew.
