Biography
Atomic Tom, the Brooklyn alternative rock quartet, craft music that feels lovingly retro yet remains ambitious and emotionally sweeping, fusing the arena-scale sweep of the Killers, Kaiser Chiefs, and Coldplay with the crisp, '80s soundtrack precision of INXS, the Cure, and Echo & the Bunnymen. Vocalist Luke White, bass player Philip Galitzine, guitarist Eric Espiritu, and drummer Tobias Smith formed the band in 2009 and issued their first album, Moment, on November 22, 2010.
