Biography
Indie electronic duo the Limousines craft atmospheric, dance-oriented pop shaped by '80s synth textures and '90s shoegaze influences. The pair first assembled in San Francisco during 2007 and consists of multi-instrumentalist Giovanni Giusti alongside singer/songwriter Eric Victorino. Working together through exchanged e-mails and other online channels, they uploaded original tracks to the web, where several early demos, among them "Very Busy People," received airplay on local stations. Later that same year the duo issued a four-song vinyl EP titled Scrapbook. Their first full-length album, Get Sharp, arrived in 2011 and included the single "Internet Killed the Video Star."
