Avulsed

Since forming in 1992, the Madrid, Spain-based death metal quintet Avulsed has preserved both its grim lyrical outlook and its instrumental command. Guitarists Cabra and Juancar, drummer Furni, vocalist Dave Rotten, and bassist Tana make up the lineup. Their debut full-length Eminence in Putrescence arrived after a series of demos and the 1992 7" EP Carnivoracity. The 1998 techno remix album Cybergore preceded the Colombian label Quirofano Productions' collection of the band's early and unreleased material on the compilation Seven Years of Decay, issued the same year as the second album Stabwound Orgasm.
