Wormed

Established in Madrid during 1998, the Spanish sci-fi-themed, tech-heavy death metal act known as Wormed rapidly established a presence within the local underground. Their initial release came in the form of the 1999 mini-album Floating Cadaver in the Monochrome. Critical recognition arrived with the 2003 full-length Planisphaerium, which earned widespread praise among extreme metal enthusiasts. International touring followed for the group, though activity diminished around 2006 and led to an extended hiatus ending with Exodromos in 2013. Signing to Season of Mist preceded the 2016 issuance of their third album Krighsu.
