Bad Boy Chiller Crew

Yorkshire-based collective Bad Boy Chiller Crew channels the spirit of North England dance music through irreverent bassline anthems, achieving widespread online attention in 2019 and 2020 thanks to their high-impact tracks and outsized behavior. The group came together around Bradford natives GK, Clive, and Kane, who drew from the region’s classic dance sounds to craft rapid stories of everyday local experiences atop pounding club tracks. After building grassroots support through widely shared clips and humorous skits, the trio shifted focus to music in 2020 and issued tracks such as “450” and “Guns Up,” which earned broader recognition. Their first mixtape, Full Wack No Brakes, appeared that same year; featuring five contributions from frequent partner S Dog, the 37-minute project highlighted their distinctive electronic sound. The 2022 release Disrespectful, comprising 19 songs, further lengthened their output while maintaining the same vigorous momentum.
