Biography
Drawing from trance and new age sounds in equal measure, producers Bruno Sanchioni, Bruno Quartier, and Emmanuel Top established the dream-house act BBE during 1996. As a group of French techno specialists, they launched their first release, the single "Seven Days in One Week," which gained traction in clubs from Ibiza to London and climbed into the Top Five of the British charts. Quartier departed right after this track's achievement, yet Sanchioni and Top followed with "Flash," another entry that reached the same high position amid a surge of comparable dream-house tracks from Sash! and Robert Miles. In 1997, ZYX Records put out the collection Early Works, with BBE's initial full-length effort, Games, appearing the subsequent year. Additionally, Top maintains an individual path in music, having issued material through NovaMute and Le Petit Prince.
