Boy Hits Car

Back in 1990, three childhood companions—Scott on bass, Louis on guitar, and CRegg handling vocals and guitar—first shaped the intense rock approach that would characterize Boy Hits Car when the group officially launched three years afterward. The band channeled everyday adolescent struggles into their songs and secured an independent contract that led to the 1998 release of My Animal. By that point settled in Los Angeles, they chose a fresh arrangement and joined Wind-Up Entertainment in early 2000. Appearances on the punk-focused Sno-Core tour came next, followed by the arrival of their self-titled album in early 2001.
