Biography
Born on November 9, 1989, in the Styrian locality of Voitsberg, Austrian folk-pop musician Dominik Ofner first drew notice during the debut season of the ORF series Die Große Chance in 2011. There he delivered his self-written number "A Wahnsinn mit Dir (Du G'heast zu Mir)" (Crazy for You [You Belong to Me]) while playing accordion; although still employed at a shop and eliminated after the third semifinal, he obtained a contract with Ariola. The label put out his opening album Zwoa (Two) in 2013, which contained the single "Liab Mi oder Loss Mi" (Love Me or Leave Me) composed by Die Seer frontman Fred Jaklitsch.
