Biography
Galaxy Girl, the dance diva born Jeannette Claudine Romeu, entered the world in Cuba yet spent the greater part of her youth in Madrid, Spain. During her time in Madrid she began lessons in classical piano and guitar, then carried those studies forward at the University of Miami. Before shifting her focus to dance music, Romeu issued albums in the Latin pop and jazz styles. Her updated approach first reached listeners with the 2002 release Tranceatlantic Love.
