Gatlin

Gatlin, a heavy rock outfit, came together in the mid-1990s in Cleveland, Ohio, through the founding efforts of Jon Drake on vocals and bass with Don DeBiase on guitar, and they issued multiple albums whose sound recalled 1980s acts such as Dokken and Armored Saint. Warren Cadle joined as second guitarist and Dave Miller handled drums on the 1997 debut Gatlinized Steel, though Mike Morrison stepped in for the drum chair on 1999’s Forget Forever. Cadle departed ahead of 2002’s Current, making room for Patrick Ols, while the self-explanatory The EP arrived in 2004 with Kenny Irizarry taking over bass and Steve Lockhart on drums.
