Biography
Emerging from Virginia, the hip-hop collective Hi-Rez fuses elements of '90s rap with trip-hop and horrorcore sounds. Based in Roanoke, its lineup features Unsolved on production, lyrics, and vocals alongside Ill-Faded handling lyrics and vocals, Bam contributing lyrics, vocals, and keyboards, and Anette providing vocals. The early 2000s marked their entry with the release of Dark Matter, soon succeeded by Frozun Explosions. Their output continued into the following decade via projects such as Kindergarten vs. 8th Grade in 2015 and Hate Bracelet in 2018.
