Hot Natured

Hot Natured formed around four producers widely recognized across the EDM landscape: Jamie Jones, Lee Foss, Luca C, and Ali Love. Already established as strong individual dancefloor presences, Jones and Foss first built the project from their existing production partnership and the Hot Creations imprint. They subsequently expanded the lineup by bringing in the Infinity duo of Ali Love and Luca C. The resulting quartet fused each member’s distinct skills into bright, hook-driven, melody-rich house tracks. The group quickly drew enthusiastic audiences throughout Europe and farther afield, issuing their debut 12-inch, “H.E.A.D.S,” on the Los Angeles label Culprit in 2009. The Equilibrium EP arrived the following year. In 2011 the collective began a series of three 12-inch releases on Hot Creations with the widely embraced “Forward Motion.” The next two installments, 2012’s “Benediction” and 2013’s “Reverse Skydiving,” completed the run. Those singles cemented their status as an essential live dance act and helped fill London’s Brixton Academy to capacity in early 2013. The same year brought large-scale, well-attended stadium dates across the United States, pointing toward continued success. Their first album, Different Sides of the Sun, appeared in September 2013 and included a contribution from former Moloko singer Róisín Murphy.
