Biography
Insect Warfare emerged as a grindcore outfit hailing from Houston, Texas, distinguished by their raw intensity and committed efforts to uphold this extreme musical style in its purest, most challenging incarnation. Established back in 2004, the group rapidly gained recognition through a series of individual and collaborative EPs issued from 2005 to 2007, alongside extensive touring that reached distant locations including Japan and Australia, fueled by enthusiastic recommendations spreading ahead of their unstoppable progress. Their debut long-player, the twenty-song World Extermination, came out on their own in 2007, though Earache Records soon picked it up for global release the following year. The lineup during the album's creation featured singer Rahi, guitarist Beau, Alex Hughes on bass for live shows, and drummer Dobber Beverly.
