Biography
Swedish death metal outfit Jigsore Terror originated in 2001, founded by Adde Mitroulis handling drums and vocals together with guitarist Tobbe "Six Feet" Ander and bassist Hampus Klang. Their approach centers on raw, primitive death metal that directly revives the unrefined mid-'80s template established by Possessed, Death, Repulsion and similar acts. The band first operated as a quartet featuring additional vocalist Tobbe Eng when they tracked their 2002 demo, then scaled back to the original trio configuration before completing their debut full-length. That record, World End Carnage, appeared on Listenable Records in 2004.
