Joseph Fonseca

Joseph Fonseca, a native of Puerto Rico, entered the local music scene by joining los Sabrosos del Merengue. He remained with the ensemble for five years, contributing vocals and choreography, until he chose to launch a solo career and departed, at which point Manny Manuelle assumed his role. The resulting debut album, Noches de Fantasia, appeared in 2000 on Karen Music and featured the hit single "Jardín Prohibido."
