King No-One

Formed back in 2013 within the northern city of York, England, the alternative indie rock quartet King No-One features Zach Lount, Joe Martin, James Basile, and Alex Townsley. Right after assembling, the musicians took to busking along hometown streets and then shifted into composing and laying down their own songs. While maintaining a presence on the regional live circuit, they issued multiple singles across the following years, among them 2016's "Halo" and 2017's "Antichrist." The group returned to the studio in 2018 to develop their debut EP, closing out the year with a U.S. tour that preceded a full nationwide U.K. run in 2019 timed to the March arrival of Oomm, an effort that showcased their resonant guitar work, passionate vocals, and introspective lyrics.
