Biography
Kurt Bestor, working as a new age composer and keyboardist, launched his professional path by writing scores for motion pictures and special events that included the 1987 film The Magdeburg Affair as well as the 1988 Winter Olympics, the latter earning him an Emmy. Christmas, Vol. 1 arrived in 1988 as his opening holiday release, Seasons followed in 1989 as his first set of new age material, and the decade that followed brought additional holiday collections, film scores, and original albums such as Noel, The Ghosts of Dickens' Past, Sketches, and The Dance. Innovators appeared in early 2000.
