Biography
Born in 2002 as Maria Luisa Trevejo, Cuban singer Malu Trevejo first gained attention around age thirteen through social media activity. She distributed photos and clips on multiple platforms, building a following that reached millions. Growing visibility prompted a shift from uploading personal dance and lip-sync footage to developing her own recordings. After signing with Universal Music Group in 2017, she issued her debut single “Luna Llena,” a bilingual dance-pop track whose accompanying video surpassed twenty million views in its first month.
