Merk & Kremont

The Italian production and DJ outfit known as Merk & Kremont consists of Federico Mercuri and Giordano Cremona. Their partnership began in 2011 after an introduction brought Cremona into Mercuri’s studio, prompting immediate collaborative production that yielded the track “Underground” on Spinnin' Records’ Talent Pool EP the following year. In 2013 the duo joined forces with Paris & Simo for Tundra and issued the single “Gear,” both appearing via Flamingo Records. Blending electro with progressive house and EDM elements, they issued multiple singles across subsequent years through DOORN, Size, and Protocol. Additional releases on the Spinnin' imprint included Now or Never, Get Get Down, and Eyes. Beyond studio efforts, Mercuri and Cremona performed as DJs throughout Europe and the U.S. 2017 brought a pairing with Ady Suleiman for the single Sad Story (Out of Luck) and work with Kris Kriss on GANG, followed by a 2018 collaboration with Joe Jonas-fronted DNCE on Hands Up.
