Biography
Oli Brown, a blues guitarist and singer, entered the recording world at seventeen through his first release, Open Road, which Ruf Records issued on June 9, 2008. European stages followed, where he opened British dates for Johnny Winter, Walter Trout, and Robben Ford. The year 2010 brought further activity when Brown joined labelmate Joanne Shaw Taylor on the New Generation Blues Tour of Europe and delivered his initial Glastonbury Festival performance. Those appearances promoted his second album, Heads I Win Tails You Lose, overseen by blues veteran Mike Vernon, who returned from retirement to produce the project for Brown. Europe received the record on April 26, 2010, with the U.S. edition arriving on July 13, 2010.
