Olli Banjo

Olli Banjo, whose birth name is Oliver Olusegun Otubanjo, is a Nigerian-German rapper born in Heidelberg, Germany and raised in Aschaffenburg, Bavaria. During his teenage years he belonged to the group Maximale Lautstärke, yet he began a long solo career in 2001 by issuing the single "Rotlicht." Across the rest of that decade he put out numerous mixtapes together with four albums, among them Erste Hilfe (2003) and Lifeshow (2007). Kopfdisco followed in 2010.
