A longstanding figure in British rap, Pak-Man established his reputation through an unyielding commitment to self-reliance, advancing from the underground via a series of mixtapes until achieving mainstream visibility with the 2022 release Big Pakachino.

Born and raised in South London’s Lambeth district, he absorbed the neighborhood’s vibrant Caribbean influences while honoring his Pakistani heritage. Early admirations for Nas, Eminem, and Jay-Z prompted him to begin serious rhyming at age seventeen, at a time when many peers gravitated toward grime; Pak-Man instead cultivated a pure hip-hop approach. His first notable exposure arrived in 2007 through cameo appearances in multiple rap videos, followed in 2009 by the debut mixtape Grams 2 Grands. Two years later came Ahead of My Time, the same year he made his initial appearance on Charlie Sloth’s Fire in the Booth. The third installment, Grams 2 Grands, Vol. 2, surfaced in 2013, after which he maintained complete independence in all subsequent releases. Between 2015 and 2020 he issued Legendary, Still Legendary, and Green Light while strengthening his presence through nationwide performances and collaborations with GMoney, Rimzee, and Little Torment. In 2020 he joined Shaker the Baker for the joint project Coalition before completing his seventh mixtape. Upon arrival in 2022, Big Pakachino entered the U.K. Top 40, affirming the strength of his independent path and resolute determination.
