Passport to Stockholm

British indie pop outfit Passport to Stockholm came together in 2013, centered on the songwriting partnership of Chris Barnard and Tom Piggott. The pair, longtime friends who had already cut material together as an acoustic duo, later rounded out the group by adding cellist Mariona De Lamo and percussionist Henri Grimes. From that point the quartet began shaping a hybrid style that merged indie folk and classical textures with expansive, Coldplay-esque pop hooks and electronic flourishes. Momentum built after they successfully crowd-funded their debut EP, leading to strong local backing across London and two European tours. All at Once arrived in August 2015.
