Paulson

The New Jersey emo rock outfit Paulson consists of bassist Alex Burton, vocalist Logan Laflotte, drummer Jeff Widner, synthesizer player Mike Smeen, and guitarist Jesse Burton. Having reissued their initial demo recordings as the full-length Variations on Initial Records during June 2004, the five-piece group found themselves without a home when that imprint suddenly shuttered its operations. This prompted a new agreement with Long Island's One Day Savior, resulting in the November 2005 issuance of All at Once. Bandmembers publicly declared their October 2006 pact with Doghouse/Warner Bros. Among the acts sharing stages with Paulson were Senses Fail, Midtown, Moneen, and Bear vs. Shark.
