Biography
Beginning his DJ career in 1992, Pete Moss, also known as Peter Cook, took cues from Armand Van Helden and the local spinner Bruno. He soon dominated Boston’s club circuit, later heading to Philadelphia, PA, where he spun his deep house selections. After relocating from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania, Moss founded Recline Records and issued his debut EP on the imprint in 1998. Teaming with singer Terra Deva, his single “After 2” reached the Top 20 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in July 2002.
