Emerging from Brooklyn's drill circuit alongside commanding voices such as Pop Smoke and Curly Savv, Rah Swish distinguished himself through a deep tone, rapid-fire delivery, and intense energy across charged singles and projects, notably the 2020 mixtape WOO Forever.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, the rapper had already begun writing verses by his late teens. His initial platform came through affiliation with the New York-based rap collective Never Broke Again—unrelated to Louisiana rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again—leading to guest appearances on various tracks around 2016. Subsequent solo singles expanded his reach, particularly 2018's "Lifestyle" and the 2019 posse cut "Wooo Walk" alongside Fetty Luchiano, Sosa Geek, and Young Costamado. That same year he issued the mixtape Look What They Started (Reloaded), which gathered several signature recordings together with fresh material. In 2020 Rah Swish followed with WOO Forever, a project whose tracklist featured "Feel Like Pop," a tribute to his late friend Pop Smoke.
