Biography
Although born in Paris, France, Salomon Faye maintains deep roots in New York City, particularly through his ties to Manhattan and Brooklyn, where his measured flow and insightful lyricism define his rap style. Following a deal with the independent Illuzion label, he put out a string of commercially released singles beginning in 2014, with the sequence extending into 2015 via the nine-track Stimulation. The three-track EP King Salomon arrived in 2017, featuring J. Cole on "Live and Learn." In the role of featured artist, Faye has joined Wynter Gordon on "Tomorrow," Ratking on "Take/Cocoa '88," and Hodgy on "Kundalini," along with additional tracks.
