An actress and singer whose television work began during her teenage years in the mid-2010s, Sarah Jeffery achieved her breakthrough in 2015 after securing the part of Princess Audrey for Disney Channel’s hit music-fantasy feature Descendants. That assignment also placed her on the movie’s soundtrack, which reached the top of the Billboard 200. She later gained further notice through recurring parts in the drama series Shades of Blue and the 2018 reboot of Charmed.

Born Sarah Marie Jeffery in Vancouver, Canada, she started performing in structured stage productions as a three-year-old, combining acting, singing, and dance. Her initial significant screen credit arrived with the 2013 Cartoon Network television film Aliens in the House. The same year she joined the regular cast of the crime drama Rogue, portraying the teenage daughter of Thandie Newton. While still appearing on that series she took a recurring role in Fox’s Wayward Pines and originated the character of Audrey, daughter of Princess Aurora, for the successful Disney Channel original movie Descendants, both projects surfacing in 2015. Jeffery joined fellow cast members on the Descendants soundtrack track “Set It Off” and later supplied the voice of the same princess for the animated series Descendants: Wicked World, which ran from 2015 to 2017.

In 2016 she led the romantic-comedy feature Be Somebody. After departing Rogue she moved to NBC’s Shades of Blue (2016-2018), playing the daughter of Jennifer Lopez’s police-detective protagonist. As that show concluded she was cast in the 2018 Charmed revival. Although absent from 2017’s Descendants 2, Jeffery rejoined the franchise for Descendants 3 in 2019; the Top Ten-charting soundtrack featured her solo number “Queen of Mean.”
