Biography
Toi Jackson, performing as the Queens rapper Sweet Tee, launched her recording career in 1989 with the album It's Tee Time. Hurby "Love Bug" Astor handled production on the project, which adopted an exclusively pop-focused sound and drew only momentary notice.
