Biography
A native of Brooklyn, Victor Calderone launched his output of house productions and remixes in the mid-1990s, the period when his 1996 track “Give It Up” established itself as a worldwide club staple. From that point forward his services were sought for reworkings of material by leading pop figures that include Madonna, Garbage, Bette Midler, Gloria Estefan, and the rarely remixed Sting. Calderone sustains an equally active presence behind the decks through standing engagements at the Roxy in New York and Liquid in Miami. Among the mix compilations he has put out are E=VC2 (1999) and Resonate (2003).
