Biography
Born on September 14, 1981, in Phoenix, Arizona, Ashley Roberts showed an early passion for both dance and vocals. Part of her motivation toward a career in entertainment stemmed from her father’s prior role as drummer for the 1960s pop ensemble the Mamas & the Papas. Following high-school graduation, she relocated to Los Angeles, where she took part in commercials and music videos before becoming a member of the burlesque pop act the Pussycat Dolls, whose debut album, PCD, appeared in 2005.
