Carpark North

The Danish electro-pop band Carpark North, featuring Lau Højen, Søren Balsner, and Morten Thorhauge, issued its debut full-length, Carpark North, in 2004. That self-titled release delivered substantial success at home when the single "Transparent and Glasslike" climbed to number two on the Danish charts. Their sophomore album, All Things to All People, followed in 2005 and, although it fell short of replicating the first record’s chart dominance, still reached the Top Five while extending the group’s national visibility. The trio returned in 2008 with its third album, Grateful. Carpark North further gained exposure when the track "Human" appeared on the Electronic Arts video game FIFA 08.
