Biography
Friends who had previously shared stages in Centsless came together to launch New Jersey-based Crash Romeo toward the end of 2004, with Travis Weber on vocals, Ryan Weber on drums, Steve Anderson on guitar, Lil' Steve Mathews handling bass and vocals, and Adam Nordmeyer on keyboards. Their New Jersey friends and contemporaries BEDlight for blueEYES soon brought the exuberant pop-punk outfit to the attention of Trustkill, and despite a clear stylistic departure from the label’s predominantly hardcore roster, Crash Romeo joined the Trustkill roster in November 2005. Chris Bandami, known for his work with The Starting Line and Roses Are Red, produced the band’s first release for the label, Minutes to Miles, which appeared in May 2006.
