Destin Conrad, now based in Los Angeles, produces R&B songs distinguished by their harmonic depth. Having first built visibility as a social media personality, he broadened his creative scope and began issuing personal, evocative singles. For the 2021 project COLORWAY he assembled nine tracks. The smooth and velvety Satin arrived in 2022, with the sultry Submissive following in 2023. In 2024 he joined Alex Isley for the duet “Same Mistake.”

Born in Tampa, Florida in 2000, Conrad had already drawn large followings across multiple platforms by his early teens. He entered original music in 2019 with the single “Cautious.” Additional 2020 releases included the Ambre collaboration “Fraud” and the trap/R&B hybrid “Closure.” COLORWAY, an EP-length collection issued in 2021, gathered earlier singles alongside new material; that same year he appeared on Phabo’s track “Slippery.” His sophomore EP Satin arrived the following year and contained the streaming successes “It’s Yours,” “On 10,” and “Unpredictable” featuring Kiana Ledé. The sultry single “Switch” opened 2023 and later appeared on Submissive, which the artist characterized as concerning submission to change and growth rather than carrying any sexual meaning. The 2024 release “Same Mistake” paired him once more with Alex Isley, daughter of Ernie Isley.
