Biography
In keeping with the rise of female vocal ensembles from Puerto Rico, Ellas brought together three appealing young women from the island. Their debut effort, a self-titled album issued by Max Music in early 2000, offered a familiar yet lively set of pop and dance numbers. Several singles appeared on the release, among them "Corazón y Terciopelo."
