Instupendo

Instupendo, a Philadelphia-based electronic artist and producer, fuses laid-back rhythms with ethereal atmospheric layers and understated melodic contours. As a teenager, Aidan Peterson began uploading his initial sonic explorations to SoundCloud, refining his craft prior to launching the Instupendo project on major commercial outlets during 2016. Starting with the hazy and profoundly relaxed “Six Forty Seven,” a series of singles followed, along with the release of An Instupendo Collection EP before the year concluded. “Beauty Unit” gained broader reach through digital streaming services, paving the way for later tracks to secure placements on prominent curated playlists. The 2017 EP Friend of a Friend included joint efforts alongside Benny Sings and Lontalius. He received an invitation to provide a remix for RAC’s “Unusual” later in the same year. The bright “Boy” emerged in early 2018, joined by “Fleur” which featured assistance from Teen Daze, with both tracks included on the Faces I Know EP.
