Jai Wolf serves as the creative moniker for Sajeeb Saha, an artist specializing in melodic, dreamlike EDM who had earlier released material under several monikers, one of which was No Pets Allowed. The 2015 single “Indian Summer” climbed to number 31 on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart. Saha’s first full-length project, The Cure to Loneliness, surfaced in 2019, with subsequent releases including the 2022 collaboration “We Will Meet Again” alongside San Holo and the 2023 cut “Want It All” featuring Evalyn.

Saha entered the world in Bangladesh in 1991 and relocated with his family to the United States at the age of one. He began studying violin at five, eventually earning New York all-state honors during high school, and began producing original tracks while still a teenager. By his early twenties, working as Jai Wolf, his sound had settled into a recognizable form that drew attention through a series of remixes. An unofficial take on Skrillex’s “Ease My Mind” caught the attention of its creator, resulting in an association with the OWSLA imprint. “Indian Summer,” issued via Foreign Family Collective in 2015, reached number 31 on the same Billboard chart that December. The reflective follow-up “Drive,” which included vocals from the Chain Gang of 1974, appeared the next year. Additional remix credits encompass Melanie Martinez’s “Dollhouse,” ODESZA’s “Say My Name,” and Mocki’s “Weekend.”

After inking a deal with New York’s Mom + Pop Music, Jai Wolf released the debut EP Kindred Spirits in 2016. The 2017 single “Starlight” was accompanied by its own remix EP, and a reworked version of Kindred Spirits soon followed, presenting contributions from MNDR, JMR, and Party Pupils among others. The 2018 track “Lost” spotlighted singer Chelsea Jade, and in April 2019 Saha unveiled his inaugural album, The Cure to Loneliness. He joined forces with San Holo again for “We Will Meet Again” in 2022, then returned the following year with the standalone “Want It All” featuring Evalyn.
