Marco Antonio Muñiz earned the designations El Embajador del Romanticismo (Romanticism Ambassador) and El Lujo de Mexico (Mexico's Luxury). His initial public appearance occurred in January 1946 inside Ciudad Juarez. Following his relocation to Mexico City, he partnered with Juan Neri and Héctor González to create the celebrated vocal ensemble Los Tres Ases. He exited the trio in 1960 to begin a solo trajectory, during which he shared stages with Javier Solis, Maria Felix, Pedro Vargas, and Lola Beltran among numerous other performers and presented his romantic ballads at premier international venues that included New York's Madison Square Garden and Paris' Olympia. Across five decades Marco Antonio Muñiz traveled the globe and issued more than 60 records. His artistic inheritance endures through his sons Jorge Muñiz, the singer and television host affectionately known as El Coque, and Antonio Carlos Muñiz.
