Biography
Drawing from the funk sounds that defined American music in the 1970s, Max Mutzke began his musical journey by playing drums in the German funk group Project 5. He made his debut as an independent performer on a television program in Germany that featured the nation's contestants vying for the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest, where the track "Can't Wait Until Tonight" emerged victorious.
