Biography
Formed in 2010, the New Jersey-based metallic hardcore trio Old Wounds drew inspiration from established East Coast punk-metal and post-hardcore acts such as Deadguy, Turmoil, and Disembodied. Two independent EPs preceded the arrival of their first studio full-length, From Where We Came Is Where We’ll Rest, which Glory Kid Ltd issued in 2013. A 2014 split 7" alongside New York hardcore unit Trenchfoot came next, with the band’s second studio album, The Suffering Spirit, following soon after.
