Biography
At the dawn of the Neptunes' takeover of rap production, the duo steered Philly's Most Wanted's first album, Get Down or Lay Down (2001), to a major yet short-lived breakthrough. Mr. Man and Boo-Bonic made up the act, which lacked substantial prior experience, allowing the production partnership to secure national radio play for "Cross the Border" and "Please Don't Mind." The pair returned with a follow-up album in 2004 that featured no contributions from the Neptunes.
