Biography
Formed in 1995 at Kansas State University, Satellite Soul came together as a jangly CCM alterna-pop band. They soon took on duties as house band at the local Lakeland Community Church, a move that opened the door to shows across the Midwest. The year 1997 brought a recording contract with Ardent Forefront, and that same autumn the group issued its self-titled debut.
