Biography
Emerging from the remnants of Beyond Analog in Mesa, Arizona, intricate progressive indie rock outfit Small Leaks Sink Ships centers on Judd Hancock (vocals, guitar, piano), London VanRooy (vocals, drums), Jim Mandel, Jr. (bass), and Mike Mukai (guitar). Drawing from the sounds of Minus the Bear, Modest Mouse, and the Mars Volta, the group issued its debut album, Until the World Is Happy; Wake Up You Sleepyhead Sun, through No Sleep Records in February 2007.
