Biography
Submersed, a Texas-based quintet operating in hard rock and alternative metal, fuses intense sonic force with weighty thematic concerns that mirror the members’ independent outlook and their stated goal of acting as a "positive force for change." Emerging in the final years of the 1990s inside the modest town of Stephenville, the lineup centers on vocalist Donald Carpenter, lead guitarist/vocalist Eric Friedman, bassist Kelan Luker, guitarist TJ Davis, and drummer Garrett Whitlock. Their first full-length, In Due Time, surfaced through Wind Up Records in September 2004, with Immortal Verses following in 2007.
