Biography
Teatro, whose name translates from Italian as “theater,” operates as a vocal supergroup devoted to musical theater and unites four singers already established in that realm. Jeremiah James, Andrew Alexander, Simon Bailey, and Stephen Rahman-Hughes each built reputations through roles in productions such as Les Miserables and The Phantom of the Opera. After signing with Sony BMG, the quartet issued their debut album in November 2007, drawing material from landmark shows that include Cats, The Sound of Music, The Phantom of the Opera, and The Lion King.
