Biography
The dance-pop production outfit the Boomtang Boys originated in Toronto and consisted of Tony Grace, his brother Paul, and Rob DeBoer. Breakthrough recognition reached the trio in 1995 through a Juno Award for best dance recording in Canada earned via their contributions to Camille's "Deeper Shade of Love," after which partnerships with Ashley MacIsaac, Econoline Crush, Bif Naked, and Sky paved the way for the Boomtang Boys' own 1999 hit "Squeeze Toy," only the third single to launch at the top of the Canadian pop charts. Their full-length album Greatest Hits, Vol. 1 arrived later that year.
